Analyzing the ‘State of the Word’ with Post Status

For those of us who work with WordPress, Matt Mullenweg’s annual State of the Word presentation is a must-see event. The project’s co-founder, Mullenweg takes a look at the year that was, along with what’s in store for the future of the content management system (CMS).

This year, the event took place on December 14, 2021, at a small venue in New York City. There was also a live stream so that folks around the world could watch.

After the presentation, I was a guest panelist on the Posts Status State of the Word Review. Hosted by David Bisset, the talk was held live on Twitter Spaces. My cohorts for the evening were Bet Hannon, Maciek Palmowski, and Rae Morey.

Each of us had an opportunity to share our thoughts on the presentation, while audience members also joined in the fun.

It was an honor to be a part of the group and provide my take on the #StateOfTheWord. Thanks to my friends at Post Status for having me!
